Chris Brown Trends On Social Media After Sharing His AMAs Performance Was Canceled Without Reasoning, “U Serious?”

Cousins! Social media users are currently outraged after Chris Brown forwarded claims that his American Music Awards performance was canceled without reasoning!

The father of three shared on his verified Instagram a full clip of the performance he had in-store along with a epic Michael Jackson tribute to match. The video has organically pulled in millions of views and has gone viral on various social media platforms such as Twitter and Tik-Tok.

The news of Chris tribute performance getting canceled came at an awkward time as Micheal’s Thriller album celebrated its 40 year anniversary this month. Not to mention throughout his career, Chris has always been said to have so much in common musically with Michael.

It didn’t help put fans feelings at ease as fellow musician Ciara shared a clip of her alongside Chris within a dance studio seemingly practicing for the now canceled AMAs performance. “ You’re a rare breed of this generation”

Despite not being able to perform Chris was named ‘Favorite R&B male artist’ at the AMAs. Kelly Rowland accepted the award on his behalf and even advised fans to simmer down as they began to boo as she gave him his flowers for being a legend of this generation.

TMZ later caught up with both Kelly and Jordin Sparks as they asked what were their thoughts on Chris AMAS performance being cancelled. Both ladies shared their views in saying that they believe Chris talent should be the main focus of the media as well as the industry.

Kelly says Chris like everyone else in the world deserves grace and Jordin says people should be able to grow and learn.

It’s looking like their loss if anything, as the AMAs pulled in 3.3 million viewers with a 0.6 demo rating compared to 3.8 million viewers back in 2021.
