In recent updates surrounding Young Thug pending RICO case, his bond has been denied for an additional third time!
Young Thug’s attorney Brian Steel had previously advised an overseeing judge today within an Atlanta courtroom that the rapper would be willing to surrender to 24-hour house confinement.
Brian also stated that prosecutors using 2014 song lyrics from his client’s songs as evidence alongside the issued charges filed against him have ultimately created a false narrative. He also argues that prosecutors are attempting to make Young Thug out to be a potential danger to the community as well as pending witnesses.
The argument didn’t move over well, as it appears a judge hasn’t changed their stance and has ultimately rejected a the third bond request. Young Thug is believed to be the ‘General’ of the YSL street gang and that he should remain locked up.
As we previously reported Young Thug was arrested back in May apart of a 28 page indictment upon charges of drugs and weapons.
