According to ABC News 13, Jasmine Martinez, 33 allegedly used her federal Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan to pay someone to kill Le’Shonte Jones, 24.
Reports read Le’Shonte had been arriving home to her Miami apartment from her job as a Transportation Security Administration worker on May 3rd, 2021 alongside her daughter when an armed gunman wearing a Black hoodie began shooting.
