Tristan Thompson is seemingly taking action in the opposite direction intended, as he’s reportedly requested an emergency gag order against his latest child’s mother Maralee Nichols!

According to US Weekly, the NBA all star filled a petition in Harris County, Texas today. He is requesting a gag order that would prohibit him and his personal trainer from being able to speak publicly about the case.

Tristan has also forwarded claims that Maralaee violated a confidentially agreement previously set in place by a judge orally within earlier proceedings.

Court documents obtained from the outlet indicate that Tristan admitted in a previously held court hearing in his own words that the pair had sex multiple times.

An alleged text message from Tristan to Maralee reads, “You know how I feel. My feelings haven’t changed at all. [I] won’t be involved at all…Btw if you think having this baby is gonna make you some money. It’s completely wrong. You are aware that I’m retiring after this season. So in terms of support it will be whatever is required monthly for someone who’s unemployed.”

As we previously reported the news of Tristan’s latest fling came to light earlier this month and spread through social media instantly.

A source close to Tristan’s girlfriend and mother to his daughter True, Khloé Kardashian says she’s truly heartbroken.

”This is a very sad time for Khloé. She really loves Tristan and still held a candle for him. She thought he might have changed his ways. Khloé now knows that Tristan was unfaithful to her when they were back together,” says the source.
