Chris Brown’s housekeeper is taking legal action against him after her sister was allegedly attacked by his dog!

According to People, the suit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court by Patricia Avila and her sister Maria.

Sources have confirmed that both Patricia and Maria were cleaning Chris’ house on December. 12th, 2020 when the incident took place.

Reports read that one of Chris’ dogs ; described as a Caucasian Shepard also identified as a Caucasian Ovcharka weighing anywhere from 110 lbs to 200 lbs was in the backyard.

When Maria had entered the backyard to empty the vacuum she was reportedly approached and attacked by a growling dog.

The suit states that Patricia heard her sister screaming and proceeded to run outside, “where she found her sister covered in blood while she was screaming and crying for help.”

Chris heard her plead for help and called 911.

It has been indicated that that the dog bit Maria’s face around here eye and leg. She alleges that there is also pieces of skin missing from her arm. She continues reportedly had to undergo two survived and stay multiple days in the hospital.

The forwarded complaint notes that Patricia has allegedly suffered severe and emotional distress along with post-traumatic disorder, severe anxiety, depression and panic attacks.

Though there has been no specified amount stated, the suit reads she’s seeking damages related to the incident, citing loss of wages due after being unable to work, medical bills, emotional distress, and pain and suffering.

“She is reluctant to leave her home and cannot stop re-living the pain that she experienced as she watched her sister suffer through that horrendous attack that day.”
