It is with a truly heavy heart that we inform you all of the passing of former NFL star Vincent Jackson after his body was discovered lifeless within a Florida hotel room!
According to TMZ Jackson, 38 was discovered deceased by a Brandon, Florida Homewood Suites hotel housekeeper on Monday.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office states that there is no signs of trauma or case of death at this time.
Reports read that Jackson had been staying at the Homewood hotel since January 11th and that his family had filed a missing persons report on February 11th.
“After assessing Jackson’s well-being, the missing persons case was canceled,” state officials.
Jackson was a pro athlete with a blazing career as he played for both the San Diego chargers from 2005 to 2011 and then the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He was a three time Pro Bowl winner, earned 540 receptions, 57 TDs and nearly 10,000 receiving yards within his 12 seasons in the league.
