Thousands of fans, supporters and celebrities gathered in Harlem, New York today to mourn the life of legendary actress and class act Cicely Tyson !
Amongst the long list of ceremony goers were former President and First Lady Bill and Hilary Clinton, as well as film creator and friend Tyler Perry and Valerie Simpson of Ashford & Simpson reports The Hill.
Reports read that the memorial services were held at Abyssinian Baptist Church in Harlem. There was also a special ceremony held for public viewing of the iconic actress.
As we previously reported Cicely passed on January 28th, she was 96 years old.
