A grand jury has officially indicted all three men responsible for the murder of Georgia jogger #AhmaudArbery !

TMZ reports District Attorney Joyette Holmes of Cobb County made the announcement early Wednesday afternoon in front of Glynn County Courthouse in Brunswick, GA.

Sources have confirmed that each defendant is currently facing 1 count of malice murder, 4 counts felony murder, 2 counts aggravated assault, 1 count false imprisonment and 1 count criminal attempt to commit false imprisonment.

It has been indicated that within the state of Georgia murder charges usually take place before a Grand Jury indictment.

Official court documents confirmed that the 3 defendants appeared in court earlier this month for a probable cause hearing, however the judge concluded that there was enough evidence to move forward.
