Looks like things may be wrapping up between Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker!
According to reports from TMZ, the former couple has informed the court that they’ve reached a full and final settlement in their ongoing divorce.
Court documents obtained by the outlet reveal that both Kandi and Todd notified officials earlier this week (March 11) that they’ve come to terms. They’ve now been ordered to submit the official settlement paperwork, which is expected to include details regarding child support and a parenting plan, with the documentation reportedly due sometime next week.
Although details surrounding the estranged couple’s settlement have not yet been disclosed, it seems the couple has finally reached a common ground of some sort. In previous reports the couple had undergone an intense custody battle in regard to their two children Ace Tucker, 9 and Blaze Tucker, 5.
Despite Todd’s claims that he should be granted primary custody because Kandi had been in full work mode in New York while he managed their children’s daily lives in Georgia; the singer slammed his previous statements arguing that she remains the main parent.
As previously reported, Kandi first revealed back in November that she had filed for divorce after nearly a decade of marriage.
The two met while working on The Real Housewives of Atlanta and went on to build a blended family together.
