Noir Nation, fans are getting one last performance from late actor Eric Dane following confirmed reports that he is set to appear in the third and final season of Euphoria!

According to TMZ, the 53 year old completed filming his scenes for the highly anticipated upcoming season of Euphoria prior to his passing. As we previously reported, Eric passed away February 19th following his battle with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
Dane revealed back in April 2025 that he was battling ALS, a serious neurodegenerative disease. Despite the diagnosis, he returned to Euphoria to film his role as Cal Jacobs for the show’s final season. He wrapped his scenes before production ended, leaving behind a final gift for fans.
📺 His Last Performance
Season 3 of Euphoria, set to premiere in April 2026, will include Dane’s last on-screen moments.
Eric portrays the role of Nate Jacobs dad, Cal a married father living a double life fueled with alcohol abuse and hook ups with young men as well as trans women.
In a previous interview with Variety, Eric said fans will get a chance to see “a moment of truth and some sort of redemption for Cal,’.

Eric spent his final days surrounded by his loved ones, confirmed his family within a joint statement.
“Throughout his journey with ALS, Eric became a passionate advocate for awareness and research, determined to make a difference for others facing the same fight.”
News of Eric’s passing spread across social media immediately with fellow actors and former cast mates pouring in heartwarming tributes.
His legacy is carried by his two daughters Billie Beatrice and Georgia Geraldine.
