BET+ Green-lights ‘Martin’ Spin-Off Series ‘Varnell Hill’ Starring Tommy Davidson!

‘Martin’ fans are in for a real treat following major news that the beloved charter of ‘Varnell Hill’ is stepping into the spotlight once more in an official spinoff series!

According to Deadline, BET+ has greenlit an eight-episode comedy series starring actor and comedian #TommyDavidson as he reprises his role as the sincerely flashy and hilarious talk show host. The series will pick up behind-the-scenes antics of the fictional late-night talk show, ‘The Varnell Hill Show’ as he works actively to stay relevant in today’s media world.

‘Varnell Hill’ is executive produced and co-written by #MartinLawrence alongside longtime ‘Martin’ showrunner Bentley Evans and Jesse Collins. The sitcom will feature celebrity guest appearances, workplace comedy satire, and familiar faces.
