Noir Nation! We’ve got exciting news for fans of Tyler Perry hit drama series ‘Beauty In Black’ as it’s officially been renewed for a second season at Netflix!
In a surprise announcement Tyler the big news on Instagram with a photo to Instagram that read, ‘Beauty In Black 2’ along with the caption, “You asked. We answered. Season 2 coming soon.”
His comments were instantly filled with fans asking for specifics of when they can expect new episodes on the streaming service.
News of ‘Beauty In Black’ second chapter comes just a few short weeks after the series returned with the final installment of its first season.
Though details surrounding the second season haven’t been issued at the moment. The cast of ‘Beauty in Black’ has done an excellent job of keeping fans hanging at the edge of their seats after each episode.
The cast of the beloved series includes, Taylor Polidore Williams, Crystle Stewart, Amber Reign Smith, Ricco Ross, Debbi Morgan, Richard Lawson, Steven G. Norfleet, Julian Horton, Terrell Carter, Shannon Wallace, Bryan Tanaka, Joy Rovaris, Xavier Smalls, Charles Malik Whitfield, Tamera “Tee” Kissen, Ursula O. Robinson, Ashley Versher, George Middlebrook, and Ts Madison.
“We left fans on the edge of their seats at the end of Season 1, and we’re thrilled to continue Kimmie’s journey as she steps into her power as the newest member of the Bellaire family,” said Tyler.
