Megan Thee Stallion is standing on business in her defamation and cyber-stalking lawsuit as she takes the next step to shut down falsified claims in connection to the 2022 Tory Lanez trial!

As part of Megan’s defamation lawsuit against blogger Milagro Gramz, her legal team has requested for Tory to be questioned under oath for his alleged involvement. The Canadian rapper is currently being accused of bankrolling Milagro to discredit and bash Megan online over the last couple of years.

“Mr. Peterson’s deposition is necessary for Ms. Pete to fully investigate the extent and bases of Defendant’s conduct and Defendant’s relationship with Mr. Peterson, in support of her claims,” the filing reads.

Court documents have determined that Tory has agreed to cooperate with Megan’s legal team’s deposition.

Chief State District Judge Ceclia M. Altonga has officially signed off on the proposed motion, ruling that Tory will be questioned under oath either by video conference or another agreed upon option, reports XXL.

Megan took legal action against sued Gramz in October of 2024, upon claims that the blogger intentionally spread false information about her on social media in support of Tory.

A Florida judge previously rejected Milagro’s request to have the case dismissed.

“Given that a reasonable person could interpret Defendant’s statements as accusations of perjury, mental incapacity, and alcoholism, the Court finds they are actionable as defamation per se,” the judge wrote.

The lawsuit was amended in December, as Megan argued that Tory was still orchestrating further harassment despite serving 10 years in prison for her shooting.
