Wendy Williams’ Guardian Issues Claims That She Is ‘Permanently Incapacitated By Dementia’ In New Legal Filings!

Additional details have began to surface regarding Wendy Williams current health status as a legal battle between the iconic talk show host’s team and the Lifetime network continues!

According to Page Six Wendy’s guardian, Sabrina Morrissey has issued paperwork detailing the toll that dementia has taken over the 60-year-old’s life.

Court documents obtained by the outlet read that Wendy, “has become cognitively impaired, permanently disabled, and incapacitated” from her dementia battle.

Reports read that Sabrina’s recent filing issues claims against Lifetime’s parent company, A&E Television Networks, Lifetime Entertainment Services, EOne Productions, Creature Films and the doc’s executive producer Mark Ford; citing, “cruelly took advantage of [Williams’] cognitive and physical decline by creating and publishing a documentary at a time when [Williams] was highly vulnerable and clearly incapable of consenting to be filmed.”

According to the NY Post as of May 2022 Wendy has been under a court ordered guardianship that monitors her health and finances. Sources confirm that Wendy was originally diagnosed with primary aggressive aphasia and frontotemporal dementia back in 2023.
