Swizz Beatz Addresses Social Media Users Calling Him A Sell-Out After Announcing A Partnership With Verzuz And Twitter (X)!

Cousins! Swizz Beatz and Timbaland high after securing a joint partnership with their celebrated brand of Verzuz and Twitter (X) was short-lived after social media users met the news with raised eyebrows!

“IT’S OFFICIAL, VERZUZ IS BACK AND 100% BLACK OWNED AGAIN… WE WILL ALSO BE BUILDING NEW ENTERTAINMENT BUSINESSES ON THE X PLATFORM,” reads an issued statement from Swizz on Instagram of his partnership with Elon Musk.

“WHO SHOULD BE THE 1St KICK OFF SHOW? LETS GO!!! VERZUZ ON X”

“NEVER GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS OR YOUR COMPANY. Happy Juneteenth,” added the 45-year-old.

As fellow celebrities cheered the Verzuz co-founder on, social media users to Swizz comment section to express feeling as if they were being bamboozled.

“Trying to force Black people back to Twitter with music while you’ve made the site a playground for straight-up white supremacists is an insult to our intelligence — basically saying ‘it doesn’t matter how we treat them as long as we give them a hot beat to dance to.’ NO.”

Swizz returned to his comment section in response to the fluster of comments to state, “But nobody said anything before we been on that platform since Verzuz started.”

He also addressed further comments on Twitter ( X) , “You will see my intentions as always. We must change what we don’t like, not complain about it. We go hard since the 90s. People will soon see the plan. I understand that people have questions, and they will also understand I’m not a silly person.”
