Cousins! Jennifer Lopez is dodging questions surrounding her marriage to Ben Affleck following rumors that there is trouble in paradise!
According to PEOPLE, while participating in a press conference this week in Mexico for her new film ‘Atlas’, a reporter decided to address the elephant in the room and ask JLO about her marriage to Ben Affleck.
Though it is unclear what the unidentified reporter’s exact choice of words was, it has been stated that the person asked if the couple is currently on the outs.
“Is your divorce with Ben Affleck real? These rumors?” the unidentified reporter interjected”What is the truth? Para le press le Mexicana, what is the truth of the situation?”
The Bronx, New York native dodged the question and instead responded directly to the reporter while leaning in , “You know better than that,”and proceeded to swiftly switching topics.
Jlo ended the press conference by telling the press in Spanish, “Thank you. No one asked me anything in Spanish but okay.”
As we previously reported a source close to the couple told In Touch magazine, that their marriage is pretty much over while confirming that Ben has already packed his things and moved out.
“He’s focusing on his work and his kids now,” says the unnamed source to the outlet.
“Ben already moved out and they’ll likely have to sell the dream house they spent two years searching for. They’ll never stop loving each other, but she can’t control him, and he can’t change her. There’s no way it could have lasted.”
Neither Jennifer or Ben have spoken out regarding their marital status at this time. However Ben was spotted rocking his wedding ring in public despite living outside of their $60 million Beverly Hills mansion for the last two weeks.
