Cousins! Following Sarunas Jackson’s recent filing for a restraining order against Keke Palmer, a court has ruled to temporarily deny his request!

According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Sarunas has been informed that his filing was temporarily denied due to “insufficient evidence that great irreparable harm would result,” if the order wasn’t issued.

As we previously reported the 33-year-old has accused Keke of harassing his family and allegedly using her stardom to damage his career.

Sarunas younger brother Darius Jackson shares an 11 month old baby boy with Keke. The couple split in 2023 as Keke abused Darius of physical and verbal abuse.

“She has gone to the media and has used her celebrity to publicly lie on my family and myself, which has resulted in death threats by the public,” said Sarunas. “She has harassed and stalked my friends and family [sic] social media. She has reached out to people in relation to me to lie on my family.”

Sarunas has asked a judge to grant him a restraining order as he expressed that he refuses to speak to Keke and wants her to stop commenting publicly or privately about his family.

“My family and I have always welcomed Respondent with open arms, inviting her to family events and showing her love and support in more ways than one, says Sarunas.

“In return, Respondent has defamed my character to others, making them believe I am an absent father.”

Page Six reports that a court hearing is scheduled for next month February 7th.
