Cousins! Following reports that TI and Tiny Harris are being accused of a hotel sexual assault incident, the couple has come together in a joint statement!
In response to the alleged 2005 encounter, the couple has denied all claims while describing the suit as being bogus. “On the heels of positivity, negativity always rears its ugly head. This plaintiff has been threatening to file this lawsuit for THREE years.”
“For THREE years, we have emphatically and categorically denied these allegations. For THREE years we have maintained our innocence and refused to pay these extortionate demands for things we didn’t do. For THREE years, we’ve maintained the same position while the claims in this story have changed time and time again.
The Harris’ statement continues, “Our position is clear… We are innocent of these fake claims, we will not be shaken down, and we look forward to our day in court.”
According to reports from TMZ, are currently being sued following claims of them drugging a woman they met at a nightclub. A woman identified as Jane Doe says that the couple took her to their hotel for a threesome.
Within the issued suit Jane Doe says alongside a friend attended a party at rapper Coolio’s house. She details how she met a guy by the name of “Caviar” that allegedly worked for T.I. and Tiny.
Jane says that she met T.I and Tiny are in the VIP section of the Los Angeles club. She says that she ordered two drinks and was passed one by Tiny and she claims to have never seen her drink from it. The woman also says she shared it with her friend.
Further along in the night, Jane says she and her friend were invited back to the couple’s hotel. However, only Jane rode with T.I and Tiny along with two other women while her friend rode in a car with Caviar.
Within the suit, Jane says that Tiny kicked the two other women out of the hotel room as she claims they were too flirty with T.I. She says that she was left alone with the couple as they showered together. Jane says she became dizzy and felt light-headed as they allegedly massaged her naked body.
Jane claims that Tiny rubbed her naked body across hers as T.I. allegedly sexually assaulted her with his big toe. She says that she blacked out and woke up the next morning as she was asked to leave.
The plaintiff explains that her vagina was in pain and began to itch but a security guard asked her to leave as the couple slept.
T.I. and Tiny are being sued for sexual battery, assault, negligence, and false imprisonment.
According to TMZ, Jane filed the suit under California’s Sexual Abuse and Cover-Up Accountability Act.
