‘Friends’ Cast Member Matthew Perry Has Passed Away Following An Apparent Drowning Incident!

According to TMZ, officials were called to his Los Angeles home earlier this evening. Matthew is said to have died from an apparent drowning incident within a Jacuzzi.

Matthew’s assistant tells the outlet that he had came home sometime today from a two hour game of pickle ball and had sent his assistant out an errand.

The assistant says that they returned two hours later when they discovered Matthew unresponsive and called 911.

First responders state that they had originally been alerted of a possible cardiac arrest incident. Officials state that an investigation is currently underway to determine the cause of Matthew’s death.

Reports read that there were no drugs discovered on the premises and that no foul play is suspected.

Matthew is known for his role on the fan favorite 90’s sitcom ‘Friends’, as Chandler Bing. He is said to have appeared in all 234 episodes over the timeline of ten seasons.

Within his extensive career the Canadian actor has appeared in numerous television shows such as Boys Will Be Boys,’ ‘Growing Pains,’ ‘Silver Spoons,’ ‘Charles in Charge,’ ‘Sydney,’ ‘Beverly Hills, 90210,’ ‘Home Free,’ ‘Ally McBeal,’ ‘The West Wing,’ ‘Scrubs,’ ‘Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip,’ ‘Go On,’ ‘The Odd Couple’ and many more.

Matthew also took part in productions on the big screen, gaining roles in films such as Fools Rush In,’ ‘The Whole Nine Yards,’ ‘Three to Tango,’ ‘The Kid,’ ’17 Again,’ ‘Getting In,’ and more.
