Cousins! Amid an ongoing custody battle for a 10-year-old child, singer Yung Bleu is accused of recently attacking a woman.
The Hall County Sheriff’s Office in Georgia says that a 911 call received by dispatch came from a woman on October 15 requesting for officials to come to her house, reports TMZ.
Sources state that an unidentified woman told responding officers that Bleu, born Jeremey Biddle had traveled to her home in an attempt to take a 10-year-old child with him. She says that the two had gotten into an argument and Bleu allegedly picked her up slamming her to the ground.
The woman claims to have suffered bruises to her right arm and hip. She says that Bleu exited her home with the child but later returned.
It has been indicated that members of EMS evaluated the woman’s injuries however, she refused to be transported to a hospital.
Bleu was later arrested on charges of a misdemeanor after agreeing to meet with the police. The 29-year-old was booked into the Hall County Jail on Sunday, October 15th around 2:30 AM.
Reports read that Bleu was released a few days later after posting a $2,400 bail bond.
The singer and songwriter took to Instagram Thursday evening on October 19th following news reports of his arrest.
“The storm [is] coming. I’m about to turn in this last album before I 100 [percent] own all my music [catalog]… So y’all [know] the storm coming. The FAKE NEWS, the slander. I’ma keep going toward the end goal. I got bigger goals than music.”
He added, “I’m off this internet thing, but I will take the time to tell all my ladies that may be a fan of Bleu: I cherish women, and I’m completely innocent. Just [know] this about to be one of the toughest times to be a fan of mine because I’m about to go into another bracket as an OWNER and entrepreneur.”
