Needed Or Keep It: McDonald’s Set To Debut Peanut Butter Crunch McFlurry And Cookies & Crème Pie!

Cousins! McDonald’s is doing their big one this summer as they are set to debut new signature treats a apart of their dessert menu!

Ice cream fans are in for a surprise as the fast food chain is upping its game with a newly unveiled limited edition Peanut butter crunch McFlurry.

The signature shake will be made available at select locations beginning next month August 9th across the United States.

According to People magazine, the frozen shake will combine a vanilla soft serve blend alongside a crispy cereal mix and pieces of chocolate peanut butter crunch cookies.

Reports read that Oreo fans will also be wowed by their newly debuted crème pie. The cookies and crème pie will combine chocolate sandwich cookie pieces layered with vanilla crème filling in a cookie crumb crust served warm.

The handheld snack is described as a regional treat and was made available last week on July 14th in select stores located in Los Angeles, New York, Seattle, and Chicago.

It has been indicated that the new dessert items were initially announced after McDonald’s announced that they will be phasing out their McCafe bakery. The menu is said to have consisted of three beloved snack items: Apple Fritters, Blueberry Muffins, and Cinamon Rolls, all of which have since been removed.

“But fans can still satisfy their sweet tooth with our iconic Chocolate Chip Cookies, Baked Apple Pie and frozen desserts at restaurants nationwide,” says a spokesperson.
