Cousins! Kim Kardashian with out a doubt has been trending on the internet long before social media was a thing. Within her career she has undergone some of the most bizarre and talked about instances in the industry; including being flour bombed at her own red carpet event!
Kim’s former publicist Sheeraz Hasan is currently shedding light on a controversial incident that took place over ten years ago in which he declares was completely staged.
Appearing in a new interview apart of Channel 4’s titled documentary ” The Kardashians: A Billion Dollar Industry” he speaks on Kim appearing at red carpet event in West Hollywood at the London Hotel where she was scheduled to launch the signature fragrance ‘True Reflection’.
Sheeraz states that the mother of four agreed being flour bombed. “‘Okay this is what’s going to happen, you’re going to be fine, you’re going to be safe, but we’re going to create a media moment,’” Sheeraz claims in recalling what he advised Kim.
“‘If we create media gold, guess what’s going to happen? Everyone’s going to be talking about your perfume, everyone’s going to buy it.’”
Initially folks believed the attack had been issued by a member of PETA as a circulated rumor alleged that the attacker had screamed “Fur hag!” Sheezar states those claims are untrue and that PETA was not involved within the incident.
According to Complex Kim’s flour bomber was arrested and taken into police custody. She is said to have never pressed charges and the culprit was later released. The incident was featured in a dated episode of ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians”
Kim had appeared in an interview previously with E! News where she recalled the incident, “That probably is the craziest, unexpected… thing that ever happened to me.” She jokingly explained, “Like I said to my make-up artist, I wanted more powder, and that’s a whole lot of translucent powder right there.’
