A new woman has come forward demanding millions as she accuses Trey Songz of groping her!

Megan Johnson alongside her legal team are requesting $5 million dollars for the 2013 dated incident. According to TMZ, Megan’s attorneys are calling their case a “slam dunk” since releasing exclusive footage.

With a demand letter forwarded today from George Vrabeck and Ariel Mitchell to Trey’s team, they state the incident occurred at an event titled, “Foxwoods Liquid Sundays with Trey Songz” .

They claim that while at the Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, CT Megan was in the middle of having her picture taken by a friend when Trey came from behind her. She says he pulled her breast out of her bikini and screamed “T***** in the open” 4x.

Their client details that though she was seen smiling in the video she has lived with humiliation from that moment for a long time and it has caused her emotional distress and self harm.

There may be a statute of limitations problem for Megan … the statute of limitations for this in CT is generally 3 years, although if there’s a memory issue with the alleged victim where she doesn’t recall the incident until she’s triggered later, she may be able to try to extend that period.

Megan’s legal team states that she was triggered by Trey’s Las Vegas sexual assault case that was recently dropped. Her lawyers state they will drop their case if he coughs over the $ 5 million. They’re giving him until May 5th to respond.

However there has been chatter of how statute of limitations may come into play seeing how within Connecticut incidents like these have a three year cut off time. Reports read that Megan may get some sort of extension if her legal team can prove memory loss and that she didn’t recall the incident until she was recently triggered.
