Cousins!

It appears that Meagan Good and Devon Franklin are making progress within their divorce, following reports that they have officially begun to finalize official settlement arrangements!

Devon has recently requested for the judge handling the case to grant him a default motion. This will allow the divorce to be finalized without the actress to be present.

According to Radar Online, Meagan hasn’t been showing up to the court hearing. It has been indicated that she has allowed Devon full control of the necessary paperwork to complete the divorce on his own.

Meagan is said to have never hired an attorney or file any claims to the court on her own in regard to the divorce.

Devon has highlighted that a prenup or postnup has been filed that reads, “the issues subject to disposition by the court in this proceeding are the subject of a written agreement.”

Sources confirm that the former couple have come to the mutual agreement to equally divide their properties as well as assets. Court documents confirm that neither of them have requested spousal support. Once the divorce is finalized Meagan will be able restore her last name. A judge has not signed off on any of the forwarded requests as of yet.

The two released a joint statement back in December of 2021 shocking fans from all over the world after 9 years of marriage. Though the two have yet to publicly speak on their decision to go their separate ways it has been confirmed that Devon filed the divorce under the notion of ‘irreconcilable differences’
