After being hit with claims of sexual assault along with a lawsuit just days before hitting the Super Bowl halftime stage; an unidentified woman has now filed to withdraw the suit without prejudice against Snoop Dogg!

According to the Huff Post, the woman identified as “Jane Doe” was previously demanding damages against both Snoop and his friend Bishop Don ‘Magic’ Juan. She states that she was sexually assaulted during a 2013 concert.

Within the lawsuit the woman describes herself as a dancer, model, host and actress. She says that had worked for Snoop and also performed with him.

Court documents read that Jane Doe claims the Los Angeles native entered the bathroom while she was at his studio and that he allegedly forced her to perform oral sex.

Snoop and his legal team responded to the suit as a meritless shakedown. Though he never publicly addressed the suit publicly, he did take to Instagram the day the suit was filed by saying its “ gold digger season. Be careful.. keep ya guards up”

Reports read that both Snoop and Magic Don Juan had filed separate motions to have the suits dismissed last month against the allegations. They also noted that Jane Doe failed to ever provide evidence that she was employed by Snoop.

Sources confirm that Jane Doe’s attorney filed a notice to withdraw the shit without prejudice earlier this month in U.S District Court for Central California.
