It is with a heavy heart that we inform you all of the passing of viral sensation Antwain Lee Fowler at six years old!

The heartbreaking news was confirmed Sunday afternoon on Instagram within a believed to be created post by his mother China, reports TMZ. “The pain in my heart is like no other Why God!!!” reads the post along with a similar caption … “Never in a million years My heart is out my chest!!!!”

Though no cause of death has been indicated at this time, It appears that Antwain’s passing may be related to an illness he’s been battling throughout his life. It has been indicated that the young boy suffered from autoimmune enteropathy, identified as the body’s ability to absorb nutrition.

According to his GoFundMe page, he’s been dealing with the immune battle since 2015 only one year after he was born.

Antwain became famous throughout social media a few years ago for his four second hilarious video clip of one of our personal FAVORITE questions, “where we bout to eat at?”
