Tammy Rivera showed a CVS employee that she wasn’t the one or the two earlier this week as she caught herself reportedly racially profiling the reality television star as she shopped!

The incident took place Sunday as Tammy shared the incident to her social media account. She says that an unidentified employee of DeKalb County, GA began to eyeball her and follow her down the aisle.

She explained that every employee knows her because she frequently shops at that location but this particular employee she’s never seen before.

Tammy says within the now circulated video clip that the woman yelled at her for opening a hair accessory in which she intended to buy.

The situation escalated as they began to argue and the lady tried to kick the singer out of the store. Tammy says she instructed her to call the police.

According to TMZ she eventually exited by filed a complaint the next morning in which she received a response from a general manager that apologized.

A rep from CVS tells the outlet that they follow a, “firm non-discrimination policy” and it’s committed to ensuring that all customers are “treated with respect and are offered courteous customer service.” Also adding that they’ve launched an investigation.

Tammy made it clear that she doesn’t want the woman to be fired.
