Atlanta artist and native Young Thug is putting his 30th birthday gift of 100 acres of land to use as he’s set to began constructing his very own city!

Young Thug also known as Jeffrey Williams was gifted by his manager and real estate agent Trey Williams the acres of land in celebration of his birthday last week reports WSBTV .

Trey states that the city will serve as a subdivision other than a city and will be named “ Slime City,” referencing Young Thug’s album trilogy series.

“This is hands down one of the best ways to invest your money,” says Williams.

No details have been forwarded as of yet upon where the subdivision will be located however, it is said to feature a small lake.
