Michael B. Jordan may play the role of a heartthrob on the big screen every now and again but through the peeks and previews we see of his relationship with Lori Harvey it’s obvious that he’s a living and breathing modern day Romeo!
In an interview with Jemelle Hill for her podcast series J Hill Unbothered , she asks Michael, 34 about his idea of renting out an aquarium for Lori, 24 on Valentine’s Day.
“My baby rented one the aquarium so we could do a private tour and see the turtles and then we walked into this,” wrote Lori.
Michael reveals that he thought of the idea randomly and that he also had, “a lot of pent-up romance.”
“It was a lot, I wasn’t able to do a lot of those things in the past. It was fun; I’m a creative guy.”
He says that due to the pandemic his dating options were fairly limited.
“Then you gotta be even more creative because there wasn’t a lot of things that were open. The circumstances of a lot of things forced me to be a bit of a thinker on that one,” he says. “I kind of put myself in a tough situation because I have to figure out next year.”
