The divorce between Safaree and Erica Mena has seemingly turned up a notch in these last few weeks!

In the latest update within their fairly public battle, Safaree has accused Erica of purposely damaging over $30,000 worth of his personal property.

In court documents obtained by TMZ Safaree is requesting a judge to hold the mother of three in contempt for violating their current domestic relations order that specifically prohibits them both from harassing one another and/or destroying property.

Safaree states that two days after filing for divorce Erica poured bleach on $30K worth of custom sneakers including cutting the laces.

He accuses of her destroying two of his motorcycles and a four wheeler bike with paint poured all over it and inside of the exhaust pipes and gas tanks.

Safaree says each incident took place while Erica was reportedly 8 months pregnant and that he has direct footage of the entire thing.

Sources have confirmed that Safaree is currently seeking $50,000 in damages and possible felony charges against Erica.

He’s also indicating that Erica is purposely playing the struggling mother role on social media as a way to bash him.

“Has ample time to engage in disruptive and intentional acts to vilify and disparage” him. Safaree also alleges that Erica has changed the locks and security codes on the home they shared.
