A Dunkin’ employee has recently been brought up on charges after fatally punching an elderly customer for using a racial slur against him!

According to the NY Post Corey Pujols, 27 was arrested on Tuesday in Florida in connection to the May 4th confrontation that took place at the Dunkin’ store.

Sources have confirmed that Corey informed officials that the 77 year old male was extremely rude the day of the altercation and had called him a racial slur.

He revealed that after confronting the older male he still repeated the slur freely.

Reports read that Corey punched the customer in the face and the man fell and hit his head on the concrete.

The Dunkin employee has been charged for battery on a person older than 65. A warrant was issued for his arrest after the elderly male passed away on Friday.

It has been indicated that if Corey is convicted he could face up to 30 years in prison.

“The franchise, who independently owns and operates this restaurant, is fully cooperating with the local authorities. As this is an ongoing investigation, we defer any additional questions to the police,” reads a statement from a
