According to iHeartRadio Biz suffered from a stoke while being within a diabetic coma.

Sources have confirmed that fans began to worry about him following his disappearance from social media within the last six months.

It has been indicated that Biz has been ill throughout the course of the year and is currently recovering within a rehabilitation to center to help him gain back his communication skills.
