The three men responsible for the unjustified murder of Georgia jogger #AhmaudArbery have recently pleaded not guilty!
While in court on Friday Father and son Gregory McMichael and Travis McMicheal alongside William Bryan all entered not guilty pleas reports TMZ.
It has been indicated that Bryan’s attorney has even requested for bond which has ultimately been denied by the judge due to previous crimes. Sources have confirmed that there is an active investigation taking place on behalf of Bryan upon allegations of numerous sex crimes.
Reports read that Bryan’s attorney has not only argued the need for his client to be released due to the Coronavirus pandemic but also requesting jurors be issued specific questions so that no potential bias occurs.
Legal documents obtained by TMZ site questions that have been forwarded by Bryan’s attorney consisting of:
“What in your opinion is the principal cause of crime in America today?”
“What steps do you think people who are frightened about crime should take to protect themselves?
”Have you ever heard the statement, he looks like a cirminal? If yes, do you think that if someone ‘looks like a criminal’ they are probably guilty if they are arrested for a crime? Why/why not?”
It has been noted that Bryan and his attorney have forwarded over 40 questions and are requesting each juror be examined thoroughly.
