With only four months left until the 2020 Presidential election, Chicago native #KanyeWest has officially announce his bid to run effective immediately!
According to TMZ, Kanye took to his personal social media account of twitter to make the major announcement.
“We must now realize the promise of America by trusting God, unifying our vision and building our future. I am running for president of the United States! #2020Vision,” he tweeted.

Nearly five years ago Kanye had originally stated at the 2015 MTV VMAs that he will one day run for President.
This is fairly interesting news seeing how Kanye has been vocal in the past few years of his support of Trump. Paired with the backlash he often receives based on his political views and the curiosity of many to see exactly what Kanye has in store. This election is going to fit right into the 2020 play by play for sure.
