It appears that North Carolina native #DaBaby is currently in the middle of another legal matter after reportedly getting physical with a Las Vegas driver!
According to TMZ; the incident occurred back in November of last year as a driver had gotten a call to pick up the rapper in Vegas. Sources have confirmed that DaBaby and his friends entered the Mercedes Sprinter van and made a few unnamed stops. It has been noted that the issue occurred when DaBaby and his entourage began to smoke in the car and the driver told him that they can’t do that here.
Reports read that the rapper became upset as well as his friend and they all began to curse the driver out and allegedly threatened him. It appears that once they arrived at the Hard Rock Hotel, the driver informed the passengers it was time to pay and that’s when Da Baby reportedly punched him in the head and stated “You ain’t the boss.”
TMZ further reports that individuals apart of DaBaby’s entourage directly threatened the driver by stating, “You’re lucky you’re not in my city because I would have killed you cracker motherf***er.”
The men then got their belongings while reportedly stating, “would have left him (the driver) dead on the road.”
It has been indicated that an active arrest warrant has been issued to bring DaBaby in for a battery misdemeanor charge.
It has also been noted that DaBaby as well as his legal team are currently denying that the incident ever took place.
