Georgia District Attorney Pledges To Bring Fourth Fatal Shooting Case Of Unarmed Black Jogger To Grand Jury!

The senseless shooting and murder of an unarmed black jogger from Georgia is finally receiving the rightful attention it deserves, as a legal official has personally vowed to help seek justice from the highest court in the land!

#AhmaudArbery , 25 was chased, shot and killed in Brunswick, Georgia as he jogged through the neighborhood of Saltillo Shores on February 23, reports NBC News.

“I am of the opinion that the case should be presented to the grand jury of Glynn County for consideration of criminal charges against those involved in the death of Mr. Arbery,” states District Attorney Thomas Durden.

Sources have confirmed that Durden is the third DA to be handed the case due to apparent conflict of interests indicated by two other previous prosecution offices.

On Tuesday afternoon Arbery’s family lawyer Lee Merritt took to Twitter to post a brief video clip of the incident between Arbery and his killers Gregory McMichael 64, and his son Travis McMichael, 34

 Reports read that the two men chased Arbery within their truck; Gregory in possession of a .357 Magnum and Travis with a shot gun. They had wrongfully identified Arbery as a burglar.

“The video clearly shows Mr. Arbery jogging down the road in the middle of the day,” says Merritt within a forwarded statement.

“Mr. Arbery had not committed any crime and there was no reason for these men to believe they had the right to stop him with weapons or to use deadly force in furtherance of their unlawful attempted stop.”

It has been further reported that the two men confronted Arbery once they caught up with him. Glynn County official reports read that, “McMichael stated (that) the unidentified male began to violently attack Travis and the two men then started fighting over the shotgun at which point Travis fired a shot and then a second later there was a second shot.”

Theres has been no forwarded information of when Duden will be able to forward this horrific case to the grand jury due to the fact that Georgia is currently prohibited from issuing any hearings until June 12th due to social distance orders in place for #COVID19.
