Surviving Family Members Of Kobe Bryant’s Helicopter Crash Incident File Wrongful Death Suit Against Chopper Company!


Recent reports have confirmed that surviving relatives of the victims involved in the tragic helicopter crash incident alongside #KobeBryant and his daughter #GiannaBryant have officially forwarded motion against the chopper company for a wrongful death suit!

According to TMZ the two remaining Altobelli children and #ChristinaMauser ‘s husband, their son and two daughters have recently issued claims against the Island Express helicopter company for negligence, as the direct cause of their family members deaths.


Sources have confirmed that the two separately filed suits note that the company directly breached it’s duty to own, lease, manage, maintain, control , entrust, and overall operate the helicopter in a fashion that could’ve potentially avoided the fatal accident.

It has been indicated that the surviving relatives are seeking damages for the physical, emotional and mental pain they’ve been forced to endure. They are also seeking damages for what their loved ones could’ve earned within their lifetimes if they had the chance of surviving the crash and continuing their legacies.

As we previously reported #VanessaBryant has already taken the initiative of lawyering up against the chopper company for the wrongful death of both her husband Kobe and young daughter Gigi.
