#Cousins , it appears that actor, comedian and current inmate #BillCosby is reportedly concerned about the widespread of the #Coronavirus; ultimately fearing the possibility of contracting the virus while in prison!
According to the Daily News, Andrew Wyatt, a spokesman from Cosby’s legal team has come forward Wednesday morning requesting for immediate release and to have him placed on house arrest.
“Mr. Cosby is elderly and blind and always needs to be escorted around the prison by support service inmates,” states Wyatt to the Daily News.
He notes that due to Cosby’s physical condition it would be easy for him to contract the virus if it enters the maximum security prison he’s in.
“Prisons and jails around the country are becoming infested with coronavirus cases, and it’s only a matter of time before Mr. Cosby’s prison likely falls victim to the virus.”
Reports read that Cosby’s attorneys are heavily considering to forward motion of having him transferred home where he’ll be completely locked down.
Wyatt continues, “Specifically, the lawyers are focusing on whether states are granting early release to elderly inmates from prisons due to the coronavirus, which could be a valid legal argument for Mr. Cosby.”
Sources have confirmed that Cosby has not been tested for the virus as of yet and shows no symptoms.
