#Cousins; film creator and notorious misogynist #HarveyWeinstein has officially been sentenced to 23 years in prison for multiple criminal charges within #NewYorkCity !
According to TMZ, Weinstein, 67 received his sentencing Wednesday morning after facing a judge. It has been indicated that before hand Weinstein spoke briefly to his accusers and issued his remorse.

“I have great remorse for all of you. I have great remorse for all women.” Weinstein continues, “I think men are confused about all of this … this feeling of thousands of men and women who are losing due process, I’m worried about this country. This is not the right atmosphere in the United States of America.”
Though he never directly apologizes for his actions, Weinstein states that he himself, men and women around the world are confused by all of this. Openly stating that he was unfaithful to both his wives and could’ve done a better job being a present father.
He goes on to state, “If I had to do a lot of things over I would care less about movies and more about my children and my family.”
“I really feel remorse for this situation. I feel it deeply in my heart.”
Sources have confirmed that following Weinstein’s sentencing the 6 victims walked out arm in arm to applauds and chants of “Justice” being served.

Reports read that Weinstein’s legal team initially attempted to have his sentencing decreased to 5 years; by pleading that he had no prior record compared to these incidents, while noting his numerous charitable contributions.However none of those attempts worked.
No details have been forwarded of where he’ll placed as of yet. Weinstein is also up against criminal charges in LA as well.
