#Cousins , we’ve got some exciting news, rising star and young actress #LovieSimone has recently been named an official cast member of the Starz Power spin off ‘Power Book III: Raising Kanan’!
Variety has dished out the details to Simone’s role within the series describing her as being tough and resilient but also sensitive and damaged. Simone is set to tackle the character of Davina Harrison also identified as a young Curtis “ 50 cent” Jackson’s character Kanan’s love interest.
Reports read that within the storyline Kanan is deep in like of Davina from a young age and is there for her as shoulder to lean on as she endures daily troubles from her home life. However it appears that Davina is the girlfriend of a a well known crew member despite the feelings her and Kanan May share.
Power Book III : Raising Kanan the series will provide a deeper look into the early life of controversial character Kanan Starks and his life as child leading into adulthood.
Simone currently stars on the #OprahWinfrey television network of OWN Network within the 2016 series of Greenleaf.
