Jay-Z Named Chief Brand Strategist Of Cannabis Company!

Word on the street is #JayZ has officially joined the marijuana business. He’s been named the Chief brand strategist for a cannabis company named Calvia!

According to #CNN , Calvia is identified as a major cannabis company established in #California . Sources have indicated that #JayZ has come on board to assist with the creative direction of the company.

“Anything I do, I want to do correctly and at the highest level,” States Jay in a forwarded statement. “With all the potential in the cannabis industry, Caliva’s expertise and ethos makes them the best partner for this endeavor.”

Reports read that Jay will play a major role within social justice advocacy within the company. Chief executive of Calvia, Dennis O’Mailey states Jay will assist with job training, and workforce development. The major motive being to assist individuals who have been negatively effected within the war on drugs upon either side of the societal spectrum.
“In this position, Mr. Carter will focus on and work to increase the economic participation of citizens returning from incarceration — many of who are not seeing the monetary benefits of legalization — through advocacy, job training and overall employee and workforce development.”
