Rihanna Sues Dad Over Soliciting Of Fenty Brand Name!

Although we are all impatiently waiting for Rihanna to release a album, single or any kind of tune in general; sis has shown and proved she has bigger fish to fry. From killing the game with her cosmetics line #FentyBeauty, fire apparel and lingerie from her latest line #SavagexFenty to recent whispers of an accessory line being in the works; our girl is busy! Unfortunately though on Rih-Rih’s long list of things to do, suing her dad has recently became priority number one.

According to #TheGrapeVine ; Rihanna has officially  filed a law suit against her father #RonaldFenty for unauthorized solicitation of their surname on Jan 15. Ronald alongside a business partner Moses Joktan Perkins have created an entertainment company named  : Fenty Entertainment “ , established in 2017.  Sources state Ronald is being accused of using Rihanna’s name to falsely obtain profit. The lawsuit reads the following : “egregiously and fraudulently misrepresented to third parties and the public that their company, Fenty Entertainment, LLC, is affiliated with Rihanna, and has the authority to act on her behalf.”

Ronald and Perkins have orchestrated multiple acts of fabricated advertisement, publicity and  booking deals; using Rihanna’s name to book multiple acts within Latin America without her authorization. Despite numerous forwarded attempts of cease and desist orders on behalf of Rihanna’s team, both Ronald and Perkins simply ignored all notions of such. The lawsuit continued reads :” have used these lies in a fraudulent effort to solicit millions of dollars from unsuspecting third parties in exchange for the false promise that they were authorized to act on Rihanna’s behalf, and/or that Rihanna would perform at various locations throughout the world.”
