A high-profile lawsuit that attempted to connect Sean “Diddy” Combs, comedian Druski, and NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. (OBJ) to sexual assault allegations is reportedly crumbling.
⚖️ Attorneys Step Down From the Case
According to newly obtained court documents reviewed by Complex, attorneys Ariel Mitchell and Shawn R. Perez, who represented plaintiff Ashley Parham, have officially withdrawn from the case. The lawyers cited a “complete breakdown in communication” and said continued representation had become “unreasonably difficult.”
Their withdrawal leaves Parham without legal representation at this time, significantly weakening her position as the lawsuit continues to unravel in court.

🧩 The Origin of the Allegations
Filed in October 2024, Ashley Parham’s lawsuit initially accused Diddy and several others of drugging, kidnapping, and sexually assaulting her after she allegedly made comments claiming that she believed Diddy was involved in Tupac Shakur’s 1996 murder.
The original lawsuit shocked social media and the entertainment world, given its mix of criminal accusations and pop culture conspiracy theories.
🚨 OBJ & Druski Later Added to the Suit
In a later amendment to the case, Parham included new claims of gang r*pe allegedly involving Odell Beckham Jr. and Druski.
Both men quickly denied the accusations in public statements. OBJ stated he has “never met this individual in any capacity,” while Druski dismissed the allegations as “outlandish and false,” adding that he “wasn’t even a public figure at the time these alleged events supposedly took place.”
🧾 Legal Troubles Surrounding Diddy
This lawsuit is one of several civil cases filed against Diddy over the past year, accusing him of sexual misconduct, assault, and human trafficking. While some have already been dismissed or settled privately, others remain under investigation.
The ongoing legal turmoil has cast a shadow over Diddy’s empire, with several of his business partners and brand affiliations distancing themselves in recent months.
🔍 What’s Next?
With Parham’s legal team officially withdrawing, the case now faces uncertainty. Without counsel, it’s unclear whether Parham plans to continue pursuing the lawsuit or if the case will be dismissed entirely.
As of now, neither Druski nor OBJ have been charged with any criminal wrongdoing, and both maintain their innocence. Diddy’s team continues to deny all allegations tied to any of the ongoing lawsuits.
