Love and Hip Hop cast member Karlie Redd and her estranged husband Teleau Belton are pulling the plug on their union after less than a year of marriage!
According to trending reports online, the former couple are currently going toe-to-toe in the courtroom as they finalize their divorce. Teleau is said to have filed for divorce after a domestic dispute with Karlie back in February.
Teleau alleged caused intentional “physical harm to Karlie Lewis by striking her in the chin with a closed fist,” reports The Shade Room.
The incident occurred on February 21st, as Karlie dialed 911 to their home. The LHH star told arriving police officers that she and her estranged husband had been in a physical altercation earlier in the day.
An arrest affidavit confirms that Karlie had no marks on her face but did mention feeling a ‘slight soreness”
Following a March 13th, 2025 court hearing in Fulton County, Georgia where both parties provided separate testimonies, Karlie had been issued temporary spousal support. Judge Kelly Ellerbe ordered Teleau to pay Karlie $18,537.50 every 15th of the month until their next status conference.
During the hearing, Teleau was ordered to stay away from Karlie and to have no contact.
Karlie and Telau shared news of their engagement in June 2024 and later revealed in September that they had already tied the knot.
It has not been confirmed at this time if any payments have been issued to Karlie as of yet.
