Noir Nation; a brand new wax figure in honor of Beyonce has been unveiled by Madame Tussaud’s within their Sydney museum that definitely has the internet buzzing!
Throughout the years Madame Tussaud’s has paid tribute to Beyoncé’s artistry by recreating some of her most iconic looks. However, this is the first time a statue of Bey will grace their Sydney, Australia museum.
Beyoncé’s latest statue was unveiled earlier this month on February 4th. Sources state that the wax figure modeled Bey’s 2023 Grammy look, where she is photographed wearing a corseted gown with a high-shine silver skirt.
Following the big unveiling, photos began to surface online of Beyoncé’s wax figure in which fans voiced their options of the statue. Most comments argue that the statue was a miss while others state this is the closest they’ve gotten in years.
“Why is it always an issue for them when it comes to black wax figures??? They can do EVERYBODY else perfectly but can never seem to get it right when it’s a black figure … Ok,” wrote a social media user on Twitter (X).
“It’s a complete mess like they know damn well they’ve done better wax figures and this wasn’t it,” wrote another user.
