Nelly and Snoop Dogg have our timeliness jumping right now as it has been confirmed that both rappers will be performing at President-elect Donald Trump’s inaugural ball next week!
CNN revealed the full performer’s list earlier today following reports that authorities have been actively working to change Trump’s inauguration plans.
Fellow artists such as Billy Ray Cyrus, Carrie Underwood, and Kid Rock are set to hit the stage as well as Nelly and Snoop.
NBC News reports that fellow rappers Rod Wave, Kodak Black, and Fivio Foreign will also allegedly attend events.
Confirmation of both rappers’ participation has caused a debate online amongst social media users as they voice opposing opinions.
“Snoop Dogg truly stands for nothing and will do anything for a check cuz wasn’t he just saying fuck that man not to long ago now he’s about shuck and jive for him smh,” wrote a social media user on Twitter (X).
“Nelly might need the money and the visibility, but Snoop doesn’t. Either way, I’ll never see either of them the same,” reads another comment.
