According to circulating reports online, Diddy has been approved for a laptop as he awaits trial on sex trafficking, racketeering and prostitution charges!

Court documents obtained by legal journalist Meghann Cuniff show that the Metropolitan Detention Center has been ordered to give the Bad Boy CEO access to a laptop with case discovery seven days a week from 8 am to 3:30 pm. However, the laptop will not grant him internet access.

Sources state that the laptop is for the use of case discovery only. The defamed Bad Boy CEO will be allowed to review court documents regarding his criminal case, reports E! News.

Diddy is currently at Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center after being denied bail several time.

“The MDC is ordered to give Defendant access to the Discovery Laptop seven days per week from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM,” Judge Arun Subramanian Dec. 12 declared. “This can be in his unit’s visiting room or in his unit’s VTC room.”

Judge Subramanian declared that Diddy is not allowed to “take or store notes.”

“It is the Court’s understanding that the laptop has been pre-loaded with discovery materials,” Subramanian added, “but does not allow any functionality beyond reviewing those materials.”

Reports read that if Diddy, “consider any reasonable proposals in good faith.”

“If there are further disputes, the Court will consider adjustments to this order,” said Subramanian adding that he “should be mindful” of the materials stored on the laptop and that Combs is “not isolated in his unit.”

The new court order came out after the prosecution in Diddy’s criminal case accused him of attempting to “blackmail victims and witnesses either into silence or providing testimony helpful to his defense” while in prison.
