Noir Nation! Jay-Z alongside his legal team at have taken further action in response to a recently federal lawsuit accusing him of sexually assaulting a thirteen-year-old girl!
While continuing to maintain his innocence Jay has requested the alleged victim to publicly identify themselves. On Monday, December 9th Alex Spiro filed paperwork in court requesting that a judge require the woman to “reveal her identity if she wants to continue the lawsuit,” reports the Associated Press.
“Mr. Carter deserves to know the identity of the person who is effectively accusing him — in sensationalized, publicity-hunting fashion — of criminal conduct, demanding massive financial compensation, and tarnishing a reputation earned over decades,” Alex wrote, per the Associated Press
Alex stated within a Manhattan federal court filing that Jane has failed to provide, “substantial evidence to justify her anonymity.”
“—-vague assertions of potential harm fall far short of the stringent requirements.”
Alex continued,“Mr. Carter deserves to know the identity of the person who is effectively accusing him — in sensationalized, publicity-hunting fashion — of criminal conduct, demanding massive financial compensation, and tarnishing a reputation earned over decades,” according to the AP.
“He has never been accused of, let alone engaged in, any sexual misconduct.”
As we previously reported, the multi-billionaire has been named in a federal civil suit alongside Diddy upon accusations of sexually assaulting a teenage girl in 2000.
People magazine reports, that the suit was originally filed in October with only Diddy’s name mentioned along with “Celebrity A” and “Celebrity B,.” However, it was recently amended to include the Brooklyn, New York native.
In court documents obtained by the outlet, a woman identified as Jane Doe issues claims that she was assaulted after being driven to an MTV Video Music Awards afterparty in New York City. The woman who is now in her 30s states that she was allegedly rapped by Diddy and Jay as an unidentified female celebrity watched.
“Defendant Sean Combs, along with his longtime friend and collaborator Shawn Carter (a/k/a ‘JayZ’), drugged and raped a thirteen-year-old girl at an afterparty following the 2000 Video Music Awards,” the suit stated. “Another celebrity stood by and watched as Combs and Carter took turns assaulting the minor.”
In response Jay alongside his attorney Alex blasted lawyer Tony Buzbee representing the alleged victim for attempting to blackmail him while denying all accusations.
“What he had calculated was the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would make me want to settle. No sir, it had the opposite effect!”
“It made me want to expose you for the fraud you are in a VERY public fashion. So no, I will not give you ONE RED PENNY!!”
Jay continued, “These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!! Whomever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree? These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case,” he continued.
“You have made a terrible error in judgement thinking that all ‘celebrities’ are the same,” Jay concluded.
“I’m not from your world. I’m a young man who made it out of the projects of Brooklyn. We don’t play these types of games. We have very strict codes and honor. We protect children, you seem to exploit people for personal gain.
“Only your network of conspiracy theorists, fake physics, will believe the idiotic claims you have levied against me that, if not for the seriousness surrounding harm to kids, would be laughable.”
