While in recent conversation with Claudia Jordan former Love and Hip Hop cast member Mimi Faust revealed that she had a dating show in production with BET that has since been axed!
Mimi says that the network decided to cancel the series due to her relationship with Stevie J who has a public friendship with Diddy. The reality television star suggests that Stevie’s professional relationship influenced the network’s decision to cut ties with her.
“BET pulled the plug on my dating show because of Stevie’s history with Diddy,” said Mimi in an Instagram live conversation with Claudia.
As we previously reported Diddy is currently facing a long list of legal troubles ranging from sexual assault, sex trafficking, racketeering and more.
Stevie is recognized as a music producer with an extensive resume of chart topping projects under his belt. The 50 year old also has a thirty-year working history with Diddy as he was a member of the production team at Bad Boy Records in the early 1990s.
As Mimi’s comments continue to circulate throughout social media, neither Stevie nor the BET network has addressed her issued claims.
