‘Boy Meets World’ Alum Danielle Fishel Reveals That She Has Been Diagnosed With Cancer!

Cousins, beloved actress and Boy Meets World original cast member Danielle Fishel shared some heavy news with fans this morning in announcing that she has been diagnosed with breast cancer!

While speaking in a newly released episode of ‘Pod Meets World’ that she hosts alongside former cast members and friends Will Friedle and Rider Strong, Danielle began by expressing that she had news she wanted to share with their listeners.

“Something that Rider and Will were actually two of the first people I told the news to. I was recently diagnosed with DCIS, which stands for ductal carcinoma in situ. Which is a form of breast cancer.”

Danielle says that her doctor explained to her that she is technically in stage zero and that she is going to be fine. The 43-year-old has made plans to move forward with getting surgery to remove the cancerous cells and
